Cleaning, laundry, shopping, the jobs that make a week easier. A bit of company with it, if that’s wanted. We fit round you. Pay for the visit.
The house kept nice, not turned upside down. The same face as often as we can. Someone who notices, and says.
If it would help, shopping while we’re there saves a trip. Windows now and then, not every week. A proper deep clean before family come is a bigger job — priced that way, by the hour, not absorbed into a regular visit.
This is help in the house. Not care. If what’s needed is more than chores and company, we’ll say, and we’ll help you find the right person.
Some of this work has run for a very long time with the same people — twenty-five years with one family. Continuity like that is the point of home help, not a marketing claim.
What it costs
Home help is from £23 per hour. The rate moves with travel distance, parking and access, and time spent on tasks away from the house — driving to appointments and the like. The figure is confirmed with you before work starts, and reviewed annually in writing.
No joining fee. No minimum contract. No charge for coming to have a look first.
Deep cleans
A deep clean is a separate service — not a longer home-help visit at the ordinary rate. Charged at £34.50 an hour (£23 + 50%), by the hours actually worked. Useful before guests, after decorating, or when a house has stood empty.

Who comes
Everyone is insured and referenced, DBS checked, and known to Hayley personally. The same face as often as we can manage, because that matters more here than anywhere.
